Recipe :
water (110 ml),
Milk (110 ml).
Butter (105g / 3.6oz).
Sugar (15 g / 1 tbsp) and a pinch of salt.
Flour (135g/4.75oz).
Eggs (4 pcs.).

2 eggs.
Sugar (120g/4.2oz).
Lime or lemon zest.
3-4 lemons.
Lemon juice (120ml/1/2 cup).
Butter (160g/5.6oz).

sugar (125 g / 4.4 oz),
Water (40ml/3 tbsp).
Egg white (2/50g/1.75oz).
A pinch of citric acid,
A pinch of salt.
